Unscripted. To capture authentic reactions, we opted to shoot actual meetings and employee interactions. Being a fly on the wall while ensuring we got our shots was no easy feat, but in the end Sterling Bay’s ethos came through in every sequence.
Sterling Bay rose to prominence as a forward-thinking real estate developer with a reputation for turning ambitious hunches into six-zero deals. From leasing space in a redeveloped cold storage building to Google as its Midwest headquarters, to redeveloping Harpo Studios into McDonald’s HQ, Sterling Bay is on a roll in Chicago like few before it.
