Objective: Craft a recruiting video that captures the energy of Outcome’s fast-paced growth culture while offering a glimpse into Outcome’s cross-functional workflows.

Schedule schmedule. Sometimes you have a tightly orchestrated production program to accommodate the schedules of numerous employees-turned-actors, not to mention high profile interview talent flying in from New York. Sometimes flights get cancelled and you have to rework your entire production schedule the day before your first shoot.
Two stories, one video. We composed a visual narrative that depicted the creation of an interactive 3D model while keeping it simple enough not to detract from the key messaging of Outcome’s core values.
Founded in 2006, Outcome Health is building the world’s largest platform for actionable health intelligence at the moment of care. Today Outcome’s platform has a presence in almost 20% of doctors’ offices in the United States, impacting more than 580 million patient visits a year.
In May 2017 Outcome raised almost $600 million from investors led by Goldman Sachs, Pritzker Group Venture Capital and Google’s parent company Alphabet. The only Chicago-based company to raise more in a single round is Groupon, with $950 million in early 2011.
